Overview

SheetClip is a Chrome extension that copies selected ranges from Google Sheets to your clipboard as CSV. Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any spreadsheet content or personal data on our servers.

Data We Access

• Clipboard: SheetClip reads from the clipboard only to convert Google Sheets' clipboard format (HTML/TSV) to CSV, and writes the result back. This happens locally in your browser. No clipboard data is sent anywhere.
• Google Sheets page: The extension activates only on docs.google.com/spreadsheets pages and interacts solely with the current selection when you trigger an action.

Data We Store

• Usage counter: A monthly copy count is stored using Chrome's storage.sync API (synced across your Chrome devices via your Google account). This is a plain number — no content or identifiers.
• Payment status: Whether you have paid is stored by ExtensionPay (our payment provider). See ExtensionPay's privacy policy and Stripe's privacy policy for details on how payment data is handled.

Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. SheetClip shares no data with these services beyond what is required to verify your payment status.

No Tracking or Analytics

SheetClip does not use analytics, crash reporting, or any tracking tools. We do not know how often you use the extension or what data you copy.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
